Poetry: Glimmer

One of the brightest moments of glow

Is the second before your lips blow

The last candle grows dim

In Victory sweet sin

Will spin me on chases and airy sweet faces

Will bring me under your green skin

//

Within my merry small heart

I hear the drumbeat of the dark

If I heed your wild call

I might lean into the Fall

Oh Vic take me places untie all my laces

Will you elate me and fill me to the brim

//

Plundering thundering dark

Your eyes a’glimmer with spark

A cheeky scamp’s grin

Too clever to win

Instead his main sharp thrust to love kiss and build trust

A Victory for both not for one
